I have the X40 which is the next size up. In all honesty, this is probably the best product on this entire site. If you keep it short and tight down there with the grooming and follow the directions, this won't disappoint. Over time just 20 min a day will increase size slowly but surely.

Durable, simple, and easy to use.
My wife was very impressed with the results. I went from a cocktail wienie to a knockwurst in about two weeks. Seriously.
You will have to manscape your area to get a good vacuum.
The plastic tube gives an optical illusion that your manhood is crazy big when in use – like "holy crap, is it going to explode?" – but it also gives real results too.
